Me: Filipino roots but born and raised in London, with a background as a professional Dancer and Choreographer. Passion for music, dance and movement, health and fitness, feeling good and sharing this with others.
My training philosophy: Everyone have personal limits and different abilities - my aim is to motivate and inspire everyone to do their best and leave with a smile.
