Duty Manager / Membership Consultant – H2 Soho
Reporting into the Club Manager, the club Duty Manager role at H2 Clubs requires an individual with tenacity and a strong head for new business opportunities. Being in the heart of Soho, the DM will be expected to spend much of their time in the local professional community, developing new relationships that help drive new member acquisition to the health club.
Ideally with a strong sales and/or corporate background in the leisure sector (although sector experience is not vital) the Duty Manager will focus on broadening the local awareness and appeal of the H2 brand, and as such will be an independent self-starter, driven by commercial performance. Rewards align with this, with a commission structure linked to secured new business.
The successful candidate will spend most of their time creating strategy and implementing ideas to positively affect the net member movement of the club.
When the Duty Manager is not working on the acquisition of new members, they will be completing an in-club shift which include the opening/closing of the club.
